I started on the phones as a cold caller at HomeX Virtual Agency and worked my way through every seat in the sales pipeline — lead manager, acquisition specialist, and eventually Head of Sales. In my closing role, I operated as the sole acquisition specialist with a team of 6 agents feeding me qualified leads across 2 U.S. states. Over two years, I executed 120+ successful contracts and generated $1.2M+ in profit for the client through flips, novations, and wholesale deals — with a portfolio of 30+ properties still actively held today, ranging from single-family homes and multifamily units to large apartment complexes including a 63-door building (and that wasn't the only large one).
Before entering real estate, I worked at Main Marketing (2018–2019), a sales company focused on investment products where I cold-called to source and qualify potential investors. That experience gave me a strong foundation in high-pressure outbound sales and taught me how to hold conversations around money, risk, and decision-making — skills that carried directly into everything I did afterward.
Outside of my main work, I've been an active forex trader since 2018, primarily trading XAUUSD (gold) and major currency pairs. What started as discretionary chart reading has grown into building algorithmic strategies — I develop Expert Advisors in MQL5 for MetaTrader 5 and spend time backtesting, optimizing, and refining automated systems. I'm also currently designing OPSYNC, a concept for a unified operating system for service businesses that brings CRM, agent management, and workflow automation into one place.
